Who we deliver for

Retail and e-commerce courier service for stores, brands and 3PLs across California.

Who calls us

Retail chains and single-location stores. E-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Third-party logistics providers and fulfillment centers. Wholesalers, showrooms and distributors. Furniture, appliance and electronics dealers. Specialty retail, pharmacies and dispensaries. Fixture, signage and visual merchandising companies.

Where we pick up

Distribution centers, 3PL and fulfillment warehouses, store stockrooms, vendor and supplier docks, print shops, fixture fabricators and freight terminals.

Where we deliver

Store receiving doors, mall and outlet docks, customer addresses, pop-ups and event space, return centers, corporate offices and photo studios — in any city in California.

Retail runs on inventory being in the right building at the right hour. A unit sitting in a stockroom forty miles from the customer who wants it is not a sale, and a fixture that lands the morning after the reset is not a fixture. So the work here is simple and it is always the same: close the gap between where the product is and where it is needed, today, and send back a signature that proves it happened.

Retail & e-commerce deliveries

From one customer order to a truckload of fixtures.

Tell dispatch the piece count and size and we send the vehicle that fits it — a car for a parcel, a cargo van for a stockroom pull, a box truck or stake bed for pallets and store sets.

High-value and sensitive stock

Electronics, jewelry, watches, designer goods and prescription items stay with one driver from pickup to signature. Nothing is sorted in a hub and nothing changes vehicles. Declare the value when you call so the right coverage is in place before pickup.

Tracking

Something your customer service team can actually use.

Most retail delivery arguments are really arguments about evidence. So every run produces the same record, whether it is one parcel or a store set.

Live tracking

Follow the vehicle from the pickup to the drop-off, so your team can tell a customer or a store manager where the item is right now.

Proof of delivery

Time of delivery, the name of the person who took it and a signature, sent to whoever needs it on your side.

One driver, no hubs

Your shipment is not sorted, warehoused or handed between vehicles. The person who picked it up is the person who delivers it.

Liability and declared value

Standard liability is $150 per package unless you declare a higher value and pay for it when you hand over the shipment. Additional cargo insurance is available. Tell dispatch what the shipment is worth when you call, so the right coverage is in place before pickup.

Service levels

Pick the speed the situation actually needs.

Every one of these is a direct run. The difference is how fast the driver reaches your pickup and how the shipment travels when the distance is too far to drive.

Redline Courier Service levels for retail and e-commerce work.
Service When it fits How it moves
Emergency A customer is waiting, a crew is on site, or a store opens in an hour. The closest available driver is sent straight to your pickup. Nothing else is on board.
Rush Needed today, as fast as it can be done. Most rush pickups happen within 30 minutes of the call. Dispatch gives you a real pickup time before the run starts.
Same-Day Needed before the store closes or before tomorrow’s open. Picked up and delivered the same day, on a window you set with dispatch.
Next Flight Out The stock is at the other end of the state and a drive is too slow. A driver takes it to the airport and tenders it to the next available flight. A driver at the other end collects it and completes the delivery.
Expedited Freight Pallets, store sets, fixtures, furniture and appliances. Box truck or stake bed, liftgate where the dock needs one. Expedited Freight

Deliveries that happen every day

Daily warehouse-to-store replenishment, multi-store loops and return collections run as scheduled routes on a fixed timetable with one invoice. See scheduled courier routes →

How a run works

Four steps, one driver, no hubs.

  1. Call or request online

A live person answers the phone, day or night. You can also send the details through the online request form.

  2. Dispatch confirms the run

Pickup, drop-off, piece count, vehicle and a real pickup time, before anything moves.

  3. Driver picks up and goes

Count checked against your transfer or order paperwork, then straight to the delivery.

  4. Proof of delivery

Time, receiver name and signature, sent to whoever needs it on your side.

What to tell dispatch

Have these ready and the run is quoted and moving in one phone call.

  • Pickup store or warehouse and a contact name
  • Delivery address, dock and receiving hours
  • What the items are
  • How many pieces, cartons or pallets
  • Rough weight and size
  • Whether a liftgate or two people are needed
  • The deadline that actually matters
  • Transfer, order or purchase order number
  • Declared value, if it is above $150 per package
  • Site rules: dock appointment, badge, mall access hours

Every city in California.

Redline Courier Service covers the whole state — roughly 500 cities, from the Mexican border to the Oregon line. If the stock is in one city and the customer is in another, that is a single direct run for us.

Answers for store teams and e-commerce operators

Retail and e-commerce courier questions.

What is a retail courier service?

It is a same-day delivery service for stores, warehouses and online sellers. One driver picks up at a store, a distribution center or a fulfillment warehouse and drives straight to the store, customer or site that needs the goods, with no hub sort in the middle. Redline Courier Service has been running these deliveries across California since 1996, 24 hours a day.

Can you do same-day delivery for my online orders?

Yes. Many brands fulfill local online orders out of the nearest store or warehouse instead of shipping them across the state. Send dispatch the pickup location and the customer addresses, and the orders go out the same day with tracking and proof of delivery on each one.

How fast can you pick up?

Call and a live person answers, day or night. Most rush pickups happen within 30 minutes of the call. The real time depends on where your pickup is and where the closest driver is, so dispatch gives you an actual pickup time before the run starts.

Can you move stock between our stores?

Yes, and it is one of the most common retail runs we do. Give dispatch both stores, the item, the piece count and the transfer number. The driver checks the count at the pickup, delivers to the receiving store and returns proof of delivery with the receiver’s name.

Do you deliver to the customer’s home?

Yes. We deliver to residential addresses across California, for retailers, brands and individual customers alike. Give dispatch the address, a phone number for the recipient and any gate or building access details.

Can you run a daily route from our warehouse to our stores?

Yes. Replenishment loops, multi-store routes and return collections run as scheduled courier routes on a fixed timetable, with one invoice instead of a booking every morning. Scheduled courier routes.

Can you collect returns and bring them back?

Yes. We collect store pulls, damages, recalls and authorized vendor returns and bring them to your distribution center, your vendor or a return processor. The same tracking and proof of delivery applies on the way back.

How large a shipment can you take?

A parcel rides in a car. A stockroom pull goes in a cargo van. Pallets, fixtures, furniture and appliances move as Expedited Freight on a box truck or a stake bed, with a liftgate where the dock needs one. Tell dispatch the piece count, weight and size so the right vehicle is sent the first time.

Can you deliver during mall or center access hours only?

Yes. Tell dispatch the dock hours, the access route and any appointment the center requires. Dispatch builds the run around those hours rather than arriving and waiting.

Are you available for holiday peak weeks?

Yes. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, including the weeks when retail is busiest. If you expect heavy volume in a given period, tell dispatch in advance so capacity is planned rather than scrambled.

Is high-value stock covered?

Standard liability is $150 per package unless you declare a higher value and pay for it when you hand over the shipment. Additional cargo insurance is available. Tell dispatch the value when you call so the right coverage is in place before pickup.

Do I need an account?

No. Call dispatch or send a request online and we quote the run before anything moves. Chains, brands and 3PLs that ship often can open an account for one invoice and faster booking. Individual customers are welcome too.
