California residents may have rights regarding personal information, depending on the law’s applicability and the nature of the information. These rights can include requests to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.

Administrative review required: The business has not yet confirmed whether it meets the statutory thresholds for all CCPA/CPRA obligations. The request channel below is provided as a privacy best practice and to support rights that may apply.

Verification and Authorized Agents

We may verify identity and authority using information reasonably related to the request. An authorized agent may be required to provide written authorization, and we may ask the consumer to verify identity directly. We will not request account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Sale and Sharing

Based on our configured disclosure, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California privacy law. We will reassess this statement when advertising, analytics, or data-partnership practices change.

Response Timing

We will acknowledge and respond within the periods required by applicable law. Complex or numerous requests may qualify for an extension where permitted.
