Red Line Courier Service maintains a risk-based information-security program designed to protect customer, shipment, employee, contractor, and business information. For security reasons, this public statement summarizes controls without revealing configurations that could aid an attacker.
Safeguard Categories
- Role-based access and least-privilege principles for systems and records.
- Multi-factor authentication where supported, password controls, account review, and prompt removal of unnecessary access.
- Encryption in transit through HTTPS and encryption at rest where supported and appropriate.
- Patch management, malware protection, backups, logging, vulnerability review, and vendor-risk consideration.
- Workforce confidentiality obligations, security awareness, incident escalation, and documented response procedures.
- Physical safeguards for facilities, devices, records, vehicles, and proof-of-delivery materials.
Responsible Disclosure
Good-faith reports of suspected website vulnerabilities may be sent to ypappu926@gmail.com. Do not access customer data, disrupt services, perform denial-of-service testing, use social engineering, or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should protect account credentials, limit sensitive information in general forms, verify recipients, use approved channels, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or misdirected information.
