Red Line Courier Service is committed to providing an online experience that is accessible to people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target.

Our Accessibility Measures

  • Use semantic headings, meaningful link text, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, and sufficient color contrast.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels or instructions for form controls.
  • Support browser zoom and responsive layouts without unnecessary loss of content or functionality.
  • Review new templates and important customer workflows with automated and manual testing.
  • Train content editors to use accessible headings, links, images, documents, and media.
  • Provide a direct method for reporting barriers and requesting an alternative format or assistance.

Known Limitations

Some third-party tools, archived documents, maps, tracking portals, or embedded services may not yet fully meet our accessibility target. We work with vendors and provide reasonable alternative access when feasible.
